Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • The manuscript was prepared using IJRS template.
  • APA reference style is used based on the Author's Guidelines.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.

Author Guidelines

Manuscript Submission

To facilitate a smooth publication process, authors who are considering submitting to IJRS are strongly encouraged to read and follow the provided instructions.

Each submitted manuscript undergoes rigorous editorial checks before it is sent for peer review. The manuscript is checked for plagiarism and format. The manuscript will not be accepted if it is not formatted according to journal style and follow the instructions to authors.

All materials submitted for publication should be submitted exclusively to the IJRS unless stated otherwise. All manuscripts submitted undergo a double-blinded peer review process. Articles sent for revision to the authors does not guarantee that the paper will be accepted. Authors are given approximately 2 weeks to return their revised manuscript. Note that if the revision is not received within 3 months, the Editorial Board will decide to reject.

The Copyright Transfer Agreement Form should be submitted along with the final accepted manuscript during the submission period.

It is the author’s responsibility to ensure that the manuscript does not infringe any existing copyright. Authors should obtain letters of permission to use the copyrighted material from the owner and enclose copies of these letters with the final version of the accepted manuscript.
